Description

Hiring interviewers have well established records of being unable to tell who is the best candidate for the job.  Interviewees have to tell them.  This download tells you how.  Listen and you will understand that the advice on this download will deliver the job you want at the salary you want to be paid.

The first two candidates I advised had both been rejected by the company that hired them.  One of the two had been rejected four times, twice in writing and twice verbally.   After the first series of interviews, lasting about three hours, the other was made an offer with the words "we have been looking for you for five and a half months."   This was ten days after the same company had sent this candidate a witless  "Dear Simon,  Thank you for your interest in our company..." rejection letter.  These successes took me into the recruitment business and the advice on this download is the culmination of the refinements we developed in seeing thousands of applicants land the jobs they wanted, typically at salaries much higher than they expected.  Over 16 years better than one in three of our candidates landed the job they were interviewed for, typically more than doubling their salary.  This irrespective of the personal employment circumstances that brought them to my business.
