Description
Shortly after the creation of Virginia, another group of settlers made their way to the place English cod fisherman called New England. They were quite different from the Virginians. They were obsessed by religion. They were fanatic dissenters from the Church of England seeking their own commonwealth far away from government control. But neither the land nor the natives were friendly. The energy of a war against the Indians transformed them into the Yankees.
