Good for people who have never studied Chinese before.
The phrases given in this course are quite basic, and while I agree they will help a person traveling in a Chinese speaking country, the phrases do not go far enough. The gentleman instructing the course has a good accent, and for someone who has never studied Chinese before, the fact he breaks down each phrase will help. In addition, the fact that he often breaks down each word for pronunciation purposes is a good thing.
