Description

Relax deeply as Nancy takes you on a journey into your mind as you get everything you need to achieve your goals or intentions. You will be prompted at the beginning to write your goal down on a piece of paper. This will help to stabilize the thought about your goal so that your unconscious mind can focus in on your conscious intention.

And you don't have to consciously think about your goal while listening: you can simply relax and enjoy the journey!

Your goal can be about business, money or career. Or it can be about health and well being, or emotional healing. It is always up to you. You can also break a large long term goal down in to intermediate, shorter term goals. You can listen with the same goal in mind for several consecutive days, or a different one each time. Either way, you will access more and different resources, strengths, and capabilities each time you use it, as well as strengthen and reinforce those you already have.

This recording will help you to align yourself with a positive mind set, that according to the principles of "The Secret", and the Law of Attraction, will help you to achieve your goals. Following are some of the age old principles for stating your specific goals, in accordance with the Law of Attraction.

When you write your goal down, be sure to state it in positive terms, always with your focus on what you do want, not what you don't want. For example, instead of saying "I want to be pain free", you say, "I choose to feel comfortable and at ease" It is more powerful to state it as a choice rather than a want. Or you can simply state it in the present tense: "I feel comfortable and at ease." It should be put simply and directly. Your goal can be an ongoing process, such as "I choose to feel motivated and energized to exercise daily." Or it can be a specific end result, in which case, it is most effective to include the date and/or time, for example: "I am earning ?????? amount of money, by January 2009".

Then you can simply relax, and enjoy the journey. You don't even have to be thinking about your goal as you allow yourself to get fully into the journey across the lake. You will find the experience pleasant and peaceful, and more enjoyable each time you use it.

Repeated use of this recording will help you to learn to relax, feel more confident, and increase your inner strength and creativity. And get all the inner resources you need to reach each of your goals.
