Power of the Chun Bu Kyung is a self-training and healing CD designed to enable you to feel the Chun Bu Kyung's power within your body through sound. Though I knew nothing about the meaning or translation of the Chun Bu Kyung when I first started listening to this CD and learning about the Chun Bu Kyung in general, I really loved it. I always felt more peaceful and less emotional. It wasn't an intellectual thing or an understanding. For people who know energy, you can say that it's the energy of the Chun Bu Kyung that has a soothing effect. I actually learned to chant it myself, and it was a life-saver when my mom died. Chanting it many times in my head got me through the wake, funeral, and time afterwards. I even chanted it to a person I met who was kind of drawn to it, and he could feel its power immediately. He didn't know what it was or what it meant, but he was very sensitive to spiritual energy. It just kind of resets your mind and your energy so that you can more easily get to that familiar place of home inside your heart. That's been my experience anyway.

Unlike another reviewer, I actually listened to more than one track. There are two tracks that translate the Korean (these ancient characters are also comprehensible to Chinese speakers) and one track that offers a full historical explanation of the Chun Bu Kyung. It is very calming and the little bit of time you spend listening will be well worth it!

Unless you speak the language being spoken. I don't want to guess at what language it is. I suspect Mandarin Chinese but can't be sure. There is no English audio at all and you will be listening and waiting, like me, for instruction in your native language. This may be a very good and powerful audio but I can't tell you because I don't understand the word being spoken. If you don't understand the language then neither will your subconscious, which makes this audio worthless to your psyche. You will get to English audio on track nine but that's a long time to wait to understand what you're listening to.
