Relaxing does not require effort; it is effortless. Wisdom is not learned; it springs forth or awakens within us. When there is a struggle we all want peace. When there is peace we don’t know what to do with it! Everyone has Light within and is made of Light. We all have a part of omnipotence if we care to awaken it. Wholesomeness and spiritual awakening are dependent upon a peaceful, relaxed attitude of mind.
Human beings are supposed to overcome fear, which is part of our animal/survival nature. When we truly love, there is no room for hatred. Problems do not solve by thinking, talking and rationalizing them. When we aspire for the Light, when we remember God and our goal with faith, then we come to transcendence. The Source of our fulfillment and perfection lies within. When we reach there we will know.
