The Podfinder podcast is hosted by Adam Curry, and gives listeners several recommendations about other podcasts that are currently out there. Each show lasts nearly 30 minutes.
I really like this podcast. I think the recommendations are varied and interesting. Furthermore, instead of just listing podcast names and URLs, the host actually plays clips of each one that he recommends so listeners can get an even better idea of what he is talking about.
I give this podcast 5 stars. I think it can really help save time since you can get a few recommendations from Adam each week without having to sift through hundreds of podcasts yourself.

I have a mixed opinion of Adam Curry's Podfinder podcast. On a high note, it's a great way to "preview" a bunch of podcasts without having to go out and download or subscribe to a bunch of them. The Podfinder podcast consists of a number of snippets from different podcasts in a variety of genres. Mixed in with this is some commentary from Adam Curry similar to what you might be familiar with if you listen to the Daily Source Code.
The downside of the Podfinder podcast is that I felt it focused too much on the "low-brow" podcasting that is out there. There's so much good stuff in the podcasting world that I don't know why there's a need to promote these types of podcasts. Some of them may be popular but I think that focusing too much on these podcasts will end up turning many people off from this new technology.
It could be just my opinion but in my mind, Podfinder (and podcasting in general) would be better served by focusing on the higher-quality, more substantive stuff that's out there.
