A public radio parody program. ...Where other news sources leave off, Irrational Public Radio starts, and proceeds almost mercilessly. For the discerning listener, IPR is a stalwart of integrity, a bastion of integrity, and just a huge heaping platter of integrity. We commend you for your taste and your fetching personal scent.

IPR: Public Radio Parody for All to Enjoy!, October 22, 2006
Reviewer: q12345q6789
If you are a regular listener to National Public Radio (USA);
I don't believe you could help but find this podcast hillarious.
I don't want to oversell it; but the producers and actors
nail down all of the peculiarities of NPR with sublime accuracy
using voice, music, and pitch perfect production and writing.
All the while, being absolutely absurdist in subject matter.
After listening to several shows, I felt like NPR should hire these
people (or deliciously wishing that they already worked there)
as these podcasts are much funnier than some other NPR
productions (i.e. 'The Unger Report', 'The Capitol Steps',
'Fresh Air'). Listen and laugh, that's the bottom line!
(Actually, I'm envious, because I didn't come up with it.)
