Very good question, that. According to our pals at Merriam Webster, classic has several meanings: "simple tailored lines in fashion year after year" (definitely not us) or "serving as a standard of excellence, of recognized value". (Who are we kidding?)

For our purposes, though, we might suggest "historically memorable". Not good, necessarily, but our Car Talk classics are definitely memorable.
