This is a fascinating and highly inspiring podcast in which Beth Anderson interviews famous motivational author Jack Canfield, he of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series fame. In response to pertinent questions asked by Ms. Anderson, Jack Canfield discusses issues like the meaning of success, confidence, self-esteem and self-motivation. For example, when Ms. Anderson asks him the meaning of success, Canfield gives a very interesting answer- he says that success is whatever you say it is. In short, success is a relative term which means different things to different people. Another thing which I found personally inspiring was his talk on how we can completely change our belief systems within thirty days, once we put our mind to it.
This is an excellent podcast. In 22 minutes, you will find little motivational nuggets that can help you turn your life around, such as visualizing your goals as already achieved. I recommend this podcast to everyone, regardless of age or profession. Listen to it at once!
