A Christmas Carol has become Charles Dickens' immortal holiday gift to generations of readers. In this short novel, Dickens follows old mizer Ebenezer Scrooge as he is forced to face up to a life of selfish behavior and all-consuming greed. This redemptive tale has left its mark on the culture via stage, television and cinema, but perhaps its purist impact can only be found on the page. We hope you enjoy this audio rendition of the definitive Christmas parable.

I love this story, have ever since I first heard the story. I had never read the book but 3 different versions of the movie in my library. At age 69 I finally read the whole book and simply loved it and this audio version is incredible. The reader Antonia Bath is clear and understandable and reads with feeling and understanding.
