George Packer covers Iraq for The New Yorker. He will return from his current trip to Iraq two days before his appearance at the Miller Center. Two of his recent articles, “War After the War” (issue of November 24, 2003 and “Caught in the Crossfire” (issue of May 17, 2004), can be read on line at: www.newyorker.com.
