Paul Edward Gottfried is a professor of humanities at Elizabethtown College. He is a self-identified paleoconservative, author of several books, and is a columnist for Lew Rockwell's website and for VDARE, an anti-immigration website.
Gottfried writes on issues of culture and politics. His political columns are notable for his attacks on neoconservatives, whom he blames not only for pulling the United States' foreign policy too much towards Israel, but also for conspiring to attack him personally.
Titles of Lectures by Paul Gottfried include:
"Bolshevism and Democratic Socialism"
"Stalinism, National Socialism and Fascism"
"Modern Democracy and War "
"Unimagined Power: The Presidency in the History of Political Philosophy "
"Fascism, Anti-Fascism, and the Welfare State"
