The A View from the Religious Left Podcast I reviewed was a pre-recorded message from Reverend Dr. Randolph W.B. Becker. The topic Becker speaks on is the concept of evil from a liberal religious perspective. This pastor’s messages are based on some challenging theological ideas. He asks some difficult questions about this age old debate. He offers different options for examining this issue.
I found this podcast to include many thought provoking teachings on Christian ideals. The Reverend interlaces humor into his message and uses concrete examples to illustrate his teachings. Christian believers will find value in these podcasts. Individuals who are unsure of their beliefs may also find this podcast illuminating – and at the very least entertaining and thought provoking.

A View From the Religious Left is a podcast by Dr. Randolph Becker, and consists of sermons that he delivers to his congregation at a Unitarian church. He tackles many of the usual topics that are associated with religion, such as good vs. evil and the nature of wisdom.
I thought the podcasts were interesting to listen to even from a non-religious standpoint. They are pretty philosophical in and of themselves. I that don't know much about religion, so I couldn't really figure out why this is called a View from the Religious Left. I'm not sure what was so leftist about it. Anyway, give this podcast a listen if you are interested in hearing a pretty articulate and engaging speaker discuss these types of topics.
