It's not about reading Hebrew, or the Book of Hebrews or readings in Hebrew.

It is the "hello" lecture for some Lutheran class in Hebrew. Mostly it refers to what is about to come in other lectures and what books they will need for the class, with a smattering of Deuteronomy translation.

And the audio quality is poor, to boot.
