Jason you have great podcast... You dont hear alot of trainers today having clients meet new challenges, nor targeting those system in which they never use... I am encouraged to know that my business partner and I are following Christ in what we are doing and allowing him to lead us in this training... We have trained athletes in which we use the CrossFit method (of course foundations first), however we are taking them out the norm... allowing them to see you can train, have fun while meeting the demands of your sport or activity that you play. Many athletes have a goal, however they come into the training facility doing the same training regimens because alot of trainers dont want to step out the box. Research is so important bc one will be able to find that mobility is so important, you have to look at the athletes weak points, etc.... I will continue to listen... Thanks
