In this very powerful and healing meditation, You shall be guided on a journey to ground Your energetic "roots" to the heart of Lady Gaia, the vast Angel in charge of the Earth Plane, enabling You to access the energies that support all of life on Earth.

Then, You shall be connected with the energy known as the Christ-Consciousness.  This is the energy that Jesus carried during his lifetime.

The energies shall merge at Your heart and permeate every cell of Your Being, and charging Your aura (light body) with these energies so that You may attract positive vibrations at every level, physical, emotional, mental, love and spiritual.
