This podcast was written by Kelvin Chan and is narrated by Jonathan Bischke, the founder of learnoutloud.com. The music playing in the background has an oriental mystical touch to it.
This podcast talks about the questions we should ask ourselves in order to increase our work efficiency, and know more about our self to increase our feeling of self-worth. Questions include asking ourselves what our goals are, what possibilities can be created out of the present opportunities, the purpose and reason for our goals, and so on. Some of the questions are repeated during the podcast to allow the questioner to better understand him or herself after she has built up her ideas based on the questions that followed before the repetition. However, I didn’t find this podcast highly useful as a tool for self-analysis and improvement.
There was a small grammatical mistake in the sentence structure in one question. The narration is clear and the audio quality is good.
