It was very difficult to sit through the entire interview. The interviewer is quite annoying and exaggerates every response with sayings like "Oh. That's so interesting."
The book also sounds quite shallow and full of cliches. At one point the author states: "and the last one is Love. The universe is made of Love and to be a great supervisor you need to love the people that you supervise."
The interviewer responds: "Oh gosh. That's quite a concept for people to grasp, I'm sure."
