The material is a simple reminder of what hopefully many will listen... for the experienced reader or the novice coming into self... the material is a wonderful reminder.... at to always remember we are all welcome and can learn and appreciate all the we experience and honor those experiences rather than to want more... be here now......

I thought this book had a few good ideas but it didn't seem to present any really new material and was quite repetitive. It was also thin on practical advice, preferring instead to focus on abstract concepts. I think the beginner to self-development could learn something from this book, but the experienced reader will probably find it dull and not very useful.

General Content: If I was stranded on a desert island and could only have one audiobook with me I honestly think I would choose 101 Ways to Transform Your Life by Wayne Dyer. While it's short in length (only 57 minutes) it's the kind of book you want to listen to over and over again. It has a very calming feel to it (Dyer's voice is magical) and offers a philsophy for life that simply put is revolutionary.

If you ever feel a bit off your center, Dyer's work is a great way to regain your mental and emotional balance. 101 Ways to Transform Your Life is the perfect book to listen to for this purpose. I can't really recommend an audiobook any more highly than this one.

Audio-Specific Content: I listened to 101 Ways to Transform Your Life on digital download via Audible.com. Dyer's voice is very pleasant to listen to and the background music is soothing. The production value enhances what is already tremendous content.
