Great content on this 2 cd set. I got a little confused at times maybe I wasnt chanelling Grace properly... pardon the punt!
I enjoyed and have listened to it a couple times to get a full understanding as its FULL of great content like most of Caroline's material. I have shared it with a friend who liked it but was a bit confused or perhaps overwhelmed with the great amount of content.
I would suggest you see Caroline Myss's DVD on "Energetics of Healing" so you can understand the 7th Charkra or as Caroline said "The Grace Bank Account" this is a truly amazing DVD which is the BEST of all her work so far.
This cd is definately worth buying.
