General Content: While I like a lot of Deepak’s stuff there are times where I just find it too abstract to be useful. If you’re looking for something very philosophical in nature, you might really enjoy this book. However, I feel that if you’re looking for a book to give you tools to help you with the mental side of golf, this probably isn’t the best title.
While the story of Adam and Leela is interesting, it gets a little bit preposterous at times. And Deepak’s accompanying advice can be absurd at times too. “Learn to enjoy a topped tee shot the same as a hole-in-one?” I don’t know of anyone who plays golf that way or for that matter, even ought to.
Having said all that, my feeling is that this title might appeal a lot to some people, especially those who play golf primarily for spiritual enjoyment. There hasn’t been much written in this regard so you may find this book very satisfying. And if you’ve liked Deepak’s past work you would be advised to give this a listen.

If you’ve haven’t ever listened to Chopra, it’s really a treat. His voice is quite wonderful and calming. This title would not have been the same had anyone else read it.
