If Los Angeles had an official food, it would undoubtedly be the taco, and to feed LA's incessant need for 24/7 snack-sized meat-filled tortillas, there are seemingly thousands of mobile taco delivery vehicles (aka "taco trucks") across the megalopolis, each with its own interpretation of the classic dish...

In the latest Good Food video Evan Kleiman shows you how easy it is to take your food waste and turn it into rich soil and fertilizer. Compost with specialized worms or just earth worms - Evan will show you both ways to do good.

Evan Kleiman transforms delicious summer peaches and nectarines into the simplest peach "pie." The easy part is starting with a pre-made crust from Trader Joe's. Then slice in the fruit, add sugar and some lemon and bake. No special equipment necessary! Evan bakes outside at the farmers market in a toaster oven.
