This cassette teaches the golfer how to meditate. The meditation format used enables the golfer to regulate blood pressure, pulse rate, and cardiovascular functioning. Such benefits last four to five hours after meditating, enabling the golfer to be in a more relaxed flow and less apt to boil over emotionally as a result of an errant shot or missed putt. Also enhanced are the golfer's stamina, feeling of well being and enjoyment of the game.

General Content: There isn't a lot to say about this title because there isn't much content on this title. While I'll be the first to say that I think meditation can be very helpful to one's golf game, this tape isn't going to help you out all that much. It essentially outlines the basics of meditation and then the tape goes silent for a time while you meditate.
Instead of this one I would check out some of Rosa's other NLP stuff which is quite good. And for meditation there's a bunch of other stuff out there on the subject that you might want to check out instead.
Audio-Specific Content: I listened to the cassette version of this title. It was narrated by the author. The sound quality was good but as previously mentioned, there isn't a lot of meat to the content. Although I highly recommend Rosa's other stuff I would skip this one.
