In a day when technology news usually consists of press releases by Microsoft and Google, it is nice to hear Jon Gordon's sometimes offbeat reporting. "Future Tense" is a five minute daily podcast, produced by American Public Media, which means the programs are always professional and radio quality.
On the other hand, this show is so slick that the talking voices often sound like your dry, everyday news radio program, making it easy to not pay any attention to it. This program is a safe bet if you don't want something too "alternative".

Ammon Shea from Oxford University Press was gracious enough to talk to us again to clear up this "unfriend" versus "defriend" issue.
Also today: Part two of our interview with David Michel-Davies regarding the most important Internet events of the decade.
