Joe Farcht is one of the heavy weights with regard to true business leadership.
He's no idealist or some intellectual without any practical experience. Joe, even as the Founder and President of Leadership Advantage, Inc [based in Phoenix, Arizona], is daily in the trenches, demonstrating what it takes to me a true leader.
In addition, Mr. Farcht doesn't only demonstrate leadership skills, but, he imparts them. He provides the nourishment simultaneous providing managerial skills people need to successfully pursue and develop their own means of nourishment in business.
Jesus not only fed the multitudes, He demonstrated how we could inevitably learn to feed ourselves.....to be fishers of men and of women, simultaneously ministering to their needs and training them to be likewise.
Joe, is very humble, acknowledging His stewardship, and doing more of what our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ would have us to.
Joe, also made a very good point about "attitude." If your attitude is wrong, then your life's all wrong, since you can't possibly be doing anything right.
But then, when your attitude is right, then your life's all right, since, although some things go wrong, it all turns out right.
This man is a great example of leadership, and he's more than blessed in what he does in terms of leadership training!
Five stars aren't enough since they just keep popping up! Oh yeah!

Very shallow interview and book, August 10, 2009

It was very difficult to sit through the entire interview. The interviewer is quite annoying and exaggerates every response with sayings like "Oh. That's so interesting."
The book also sounds quite shallow and full of cliches. At one point the author states: "and the last one is Love. The universe is made of Love and to be a great supervisor you need to love the people that you supervise."
The interviewer responds: "Oh gosh. That's quite a concept for people to grasp, I'm sure."
