The Institute for the Arts and Humanities fosters excellence by stimulating and supporting innovative, interdisciplinary work across the boundaries of departments, schools, and colleges. Support of individual and group projects and of planned programming such as lectures, symposia, exhibitions, and performances builds a vibrant interdisciplinary community and helps raise the profile of the arts and humanities at Penn State.
