This is the daily minimum. 25 minutes. Nothing extreme. Just enough for you to do when youare too busy to do a whole 1 1/2 hr routine. Remember, consistency is key for your Yoga Asana Practice. It's better to do 25 minutes of yoga on a regular basis than it is to do intense yoga periodically.

A very nice short routine. Eoin's voice is good, and he promotes a positive outlook while giving practical yoga instruction without wavering into the new-agey. He calls out the asanas, makes helpful suggestions, and doesn't interrupt your thinking for yourself.

The Yoga Quickie podcast hosted by Eoin Finn is an excellent resource for all those who want to get into practicing yoga asanas, but don’t have the time or the money to go out for a personal trainer. This short lesson allows you to get fresh whenever you need a break but have to meet a deadline.
The podcast starts off by Eoin Finn telling the listeners that yoga is best learnt with a personal trainer who guides you through the proper steps and positions, and that this short practice will help you in become the lightest and freest human being. He then starts off quickly with the routine, guiding you through every step orally. There is a really calming world music playing in the background to help you relax more.
The audio quality is good. The narration is calming, which gives the effect that the podcast is intended for.
