Overall the way it was handled was wonderful.. I really liked it.. but the intial 5-8 minutes should be cut down as i suppose too much introductions are given before coming on to the real stuff. helps those who are constantly listening back to it.

It was one of the best guided meditation I have listened to. It was simple and easy to follow. Some guided meditations have too many "instructions" to follow. I felt instantly connected to my spiritual self.
