After finishing Paul D. Hudon book entitled Seven Steps in Self Actualization, I realized this is not just another of your "run of the mill" self help books; it is in fact, as the title suggests, a way of finding peace with yourself. What a human being can be, he must be. A valuable tool, not only for young adults, engaged couples, and for young parents contemplating a family, rather it is compelling reading for everyone. Paul Has Wonderful command of the written word and express himself in layman's terms for any age reader to understand and take pleasure in. I applaud the Hudon's for their strong spiritual beliefs and their command of the written Word of God. I have grown from reading this book and learned from it as well. I have several quotes that I could offer as favorites from this book, but the one that exemplifies what I have obtained from reading this book is 'I am unique and different yet similar, but yet so unrivaled'.
