Athens is back to playing brinkmanship with its European Union partners. German chancellor Angela Merkel and the French President Nicolas Sarkozy signalled they were losing patience with the slow pace of economic reforms in Greece. The country missed a deadline on Monday to deliver on those reforms. But the EU made clear that Athens won't get more emergency funding from its troika of lenders - the EU, IMF and Euroepan Central Bank, unless it pushes ahead with more painful reforms. Chris Low is at brokers FTN Financial in New York - I asked him: did those concerns about Greece worry investors in share markets on Monday?
