Podtech.net was inspired by the notion that blogs and podcasting create new channels of communications in which users can consume, interact, and enjoy information based content. The PodTech.net media site is dedicated to providing an integrated podcasting, blog, and soon video blog show format where we interview a featured guest or a collection of guests on specific topics for discussion. Think of it as a timeshifted radio show that meets Silicon Valley technology, people, and events. The content is provided by the individuals being interviewed and must have a fresh voice that is “Above the Noise”. Ideal for entrepreneurs, technologists, new startups, large companies, or just news in or just connected to Silicon Valley.

There are three types of podcasts: Ones that you listen to and tell yourself you'll never listen to again, ones that you listen to and decide to subscribe to and ones that you not only subscribe to but go back and download every previous podcast for. The Podtech.net podcast was of the latter variety for me as I'm currently cranking through all of the back "issues."
The InfoSeries Podcast is a unique look into Silicon Valley covering investing, technology and future trends. The guests on the show on the top-notch ranging from George Gilder to Adam Curry to Mark Cuban. The format is perfect at 15 minutes (not too short, not too long) and the production quality is very high.
We need more podcasts like the InfoSeries podcast to help podcasting become known as a credible and worthwhile information medium. Kudos to the gang over at PodTech.net on a job well done with this one!

Excellent podcast. Really gives you the sense of being on the cutting edge of technology news. These podcasts are professional dialogues (not formal, like interviews, but not informal, like conversations). There is enough information shared to inform the listener. While they don't have a "broadcast news" feel to them, they still conveys great information in a tone that is easy to listen to. These are experts talking about the value of the big picture.
These podcasts rate 4.5 stars for an excellent podcast: high quality, timely content, easy to listen to, and very informative.
