The Podcast Network: The Health Show Podcast is a weekly podcast by The Podcast Network. The hosts, Vienna and Beti talk about various health related issues like - getting medical clearance if you are interested in aerobics, how to make Indian Chai (tea), interviews with people having for example a breast implant, the amount of energy and carbohydrates in alcohol, the antioxidant properties of Vitamin C & Echinacea and how they can be used for medicinal purposes.
The hosts are lively, their narration is great, and the interviews are clear from both sides. This podcast is for those who need to listen to their morning dose of healthy living radio talk.
