The Notes from Spain podcast is a weekly podcast by Ben Curtis, who has lived and traveled in Spain for 7 years. You can also check out his up-to-date blog at notesfromspain.com. He talks about the Island of Formentera, why it doesn't rain in Spain, its lawlessness, drinking bouts, food and holidays, and Madrid's most curious attraction the Teleferico de Madrid. In the podcast I reviewed, the information is presented in an interesting dialogue form, which gives the listener an example of how the conversation goes on in Spain, the accent and the pronunciation. This is a good way for the travelers to get used to understanding the Spanish accent.
The audio quality however, is not good. The narrator's voice seems to be coming from an old, worn out cassette! Once this is fixed, I'm sure this podcast will do well.
