If I were lucky enough to have a young friend who was amazingly well-versed in classical philosophy, modern philosophy, and the writings of self-help people like Wayne Dyer… and he just came in from surfing and we were sitting around in front of the fire place, and he wanted to give me a pep talk about how to live a more positive life… Well, he might… just maybe… give me the kind of high-quality, amusing, and inspiring 50 Things to Do that Brian Johnson provides here. Great stuff! (See my detailed review at www.bestfreetraining.net)

Ask yourself for three items you are grateful for at the moment - and say or think ""thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you". This is last one of the 50 things suggested by Brian Johnson. Thank you, Brian, for this great recording!
The tips are all very simple. Most of them you will probably know or have heard of before.
But here you have in 40 minutes the best "self help lessons" compiled in an unobtrusive way. I do it like "kricket" (see entry further down) and listen to them regularly, for example, when I use my dental floss (Tip 3!). Surprisingly, I still enjoy them, the easy way of presentation - and they always remember me of one or another thing I could improve to enrich my life.

I can't say enough good things about this audio recording and of Brian Johnson. He is, indeed, like a Wayne Dyer for a new generation. The recording is very pleasing and inspiring to listen to and, by putting in to practice the 50 things, you will be on your way to becoming a better, and more content human being. Now, I can't wait for the follow up, 50 more things. After you listen, do head over to zaadz.com and danmillman.com to begin your path to that of a Peaceful Warrior.

This is just plain "great". It's the kind of things you wished you could have heard all day. -The good stuff that awakens your soul from the dreamless sleep we live in for far too long. Rock on & keep doing your stuff Brian. It's awesome! :]

I've just recently started downloading some of Brian's work. Currently, this is my favorite title. This title is something you will want to keep on your ipod as it can be listened to over and over. Stuff like this just doesn't get old.
I was just telling a friend today that if I had to describe Brian Johnson it would be... Wayne Dyer for a younger generation.
Keep up the great work. :-)
Super Duper... Neato gang!

A great recording!, February 17, 2006

I liked this recording a lot. It had some points in it that don't always come up in these sorts of lists. The style is casual, friendly and not scripted-sounding. In a few places, the narrator asks questions of the listener, which drives me nuts in my exercise videos, so I deducted points for that :) And for the needlessly large file size. But overall, this was well worth the download. Now, where is the sequel?
