Kelli Calabrese Audio

Kelli Calabrese is an exercise physiologist and 20 year fitness industry leader.  She is the 2004 Personal Trainer of the Year for Online Training, Author of Feminine, Firm & Fit and editor of Personal Fitness Professional Magazine.  She owned and operated a chain of fitness centers for 14 years and through her school has prepared over 3000 candidates to become certified fitness professionals.

She was the lead fitness expert for eDiets and eFitness. She has contributed to hundreds of magazines and e-zines including WebMD, AOL, iParenting, Family Energy, Shape, Self, Vibe, Redbook, Womens World, Womens Day, Weight Watchers and more. 

Kelli has helped thousands of men and women as well as children transform their lives through her personal training, online training, audio's, seminars, grocery shopping tours, books, interviews and articles.

She has a masters degree in Cardiac Rehabiliation and Exercise Physiology and 23 fitness and nutrition related certifications. She is deicated to providing individuals with the tools to make health, fitness, wellness and happiness a regular part of their lives.
