Patty McLucas Audio

Patty McLucas is the owner of Breathing Room. Her career as a Wellness Coach began with personal training in the home in 1992. She received her personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise, earned a Sports Nutrition Consultant Certification at College of San Mateo Community Education, and has completed the practicum in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. In addition to working with clients in her San Mateo and Los Altos studios, she teaches stress reduction and meditation for Stanford’s Cancer Supportive Care Program, VISA, Insight Meditation Center and other Bay Area locations. Patty is also the proud mother of an eleven year-old daughter, who is her role model for living in the present moment.
