The official title is Report of the Defense Science Board Task Force on Strategic Communication. It was written by a Federal Advisory Committee established to provide independent advice to the Secretary of Defense. It is given here, word for word, except for a few minor changes to tables and acronyms made for clarity

A Struggle of Ideas is masterfully read by Dick Hill. Dick is one of the country’s most accomplished narrators. He has received two AUDIE AWARDS, the prestigious annual award given by the Audio Publishers Association. His credits also include eight Earphone Awards from AudioFile Magazine and he was selected as a Golden Voice and Voice of the Century by the same publication.
