Restored to the Tsars and the Communists it was part of the Soviet Union. Now, for the first time, it is independent. But it is still not free. A Soviet style dictatorship oppresses it. The villain's name is Lukashenko. In the recent presidential election he rigged the results. Demonstrations broke out, led by a brave but small opposition. Putin supports him. America and Europe oppose him. Can he prevail?
