In today's busy world time is of the essence and by learning to achieve a high level of relaxation you will be better equipped to deal with all the adventures and misadventures that life brings your way. This meditation is also very beneficial for light cat naps "power naps", which have been known to help promote healing, higher brain functions, and increased productivity. This meditation uses brainwave entrainment and can be used with or with out headphones. Just click play and begin to relax. A Glass of water is recommended for maximum effect and remember to just breath deeply and naturally. Do not use while operating machinery.

Strangely, this had the complete opposite effect on me to that which "sunshinelady" experienced. I listened in bed, hoping that it would put me into the mood for a nice long sleep. However, I found the "music" soulless, jangly and irritating. The only relaxing thing about it for me was when, thankfully, the racket stopped.

Listen to it make me sleep much deeper and i am in a relaxed state of mind when i wake up. I definately recommend to listen to it.
