Bare bones introduction to 7 Habits, February 17, 2006

I picked up this cassette from the library just for an introduction to the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. And it was a very good introduction with summaries of the 7 Habits that are included with key quotes from Mr. Covey, which I think were pulled from the unabridged version of the 7 Habits. For anyone that it just interested in knowing what the 7 Habits are and doesn't necessarily want to have to listen to then entire book then this a great start. I think I'll probably go on to listen to the whole thing now though.
