This recording is a bit on the happy go lucky side, but it is effective. To be positive is to have optimism as well as self confidence. This recording serves both.

This sounds more like a Saturday Night Live style send-up of "Self-Help" books and tapes than anything that would actually be helpful to a real person who is trying to change from a dark outlook on life. This is like having one of those perky, cheerful, airhead type give you the "buck-up" sign and say "turn that frown upside down". If you have a brain in your head don't waste your money, there are better products on the market.
