This audio program will definately start you on the right path to Meditation if that's what you seek. Shinzen Young is an ordained buddhist monk and also an instructor in Vipassana meditation as well. The thing I like most about these files is how soothing Shinzen's voice is. He has a very gentle spirit and this comes across well when listening. I highly encourage anyone wanting to learn how to meditate to purchase The Beginners Guide To Meditation.
