It's an edited version of a a 3-hour workshop I led in Las Vegas a couple years ago. It has been professionally recorded and edited and includes a voice over expert to welcome the listener into the workshop and keep them personally involved in the process as it goes along. 

It's about breaking through self-imposed barriers and limitations to trust. It's a whole new way of playing the game of life. 

This breakthrough creates a brand new game. Instead of, “How can I not get hurt?” it can now be “What kind of life do I want?” “Do I want to experience life as removed, detached and safe, or as open, engaged and vulnerable?” If you choose to be open, engaged and vulnerable, then you’re choosing to be close with other people; and that’s what we’re calling Authentic Trust.
