LearnOutLoud.com ships to any of the 50 United States and to Canada. We currently only ship within the U.S. and Canada, and we do not ship internationally outside of these countries. We also do not ship orders using United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping options to Canada or to P.O. Box addresses within the United States. We do ship to United States military (APO/FPO) addresses. If we are shipping your order to California you must pay sales tax. Our shipping is currently done through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). We offer four shipping options within the United States and two shipping options for Canada:

Order Status
You can receive your USPS or UPS tracking number from us by e-mailing orders@learnoutloud.com or calling 1-800-550-6070. Orders can take 1-2 days to process and this is included in the estimated delivery time.
Once you place your order in our checkout process it cannot be cancelled due to the fact that we immediately notify the warehouse to prepare the item to be shipped. If you have placed an order and no longer want it, you can follow the guidelines in our Return Policy.
