HOW TO ORDER
ORDERING FROM LEARNOUTLOUD.COM
At LearnOutLoud.com we provide a resource for all your audio and video learning needs. Many of the products listed on our site we do not sell directly, and for titles we don't sell we link you to quality retailers that do sell these products. For products that we do sell you will see an orange "Add To Cart" button on our product pages next to the formats that we are selling for that product along with pricing information. If you want a product but don't want to purchase it immediately you can also click the blue "Add to Wishlist" button located next to each format of a product.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
In order to purchase an item or to add an item to your Wishlist you must have LearnOutLoud.com account and be logged in. Signing up for a LearnOutLoud.com account is free and only requires that you enter a User Name, Email Address, Password, First Name, and Last Name. YOUR SHOPPING CART
You can start adding items to your shopping cart before signing up for a LearnOutLoud.com account. When you click an "Add To Cart" button on a product page it will take you to your shopping cart where you can update the quantity of items, remove items, move items to your Wishlist, or Proceed to Checkout. If you click the Proceed to Checkout button without logging in you will be prompted to log in or create an account. Once you've logged in and have proceeded to checkout the rest of the transaction is conducted on our secure server where your information is transmitted using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. SHIPPING
On the shipping page of the order process the first step is to choose a Shipping Option. The default shipping option is Standard Shipping (8-10 Business Days). You can change the option by clicking on the dots next to the each shipping option. If you'd like to ship multiple products using different shipping options click the "Use Multiple Options" button in the bottom right corner of the "Shipping Options" box.
Once you've selected a shipping option, the second step for first time customers is to enter a new shipping address in the address fields of the "Shipping Address" box. The first address you enter in will be set as your default shipping address for future orders. This default can be changed through your account.
To ship to the new address that you have entered click the "Ship To This Address" button at the bottom of the address entry fields. You can also select this address as you default billing address by checking the box next to "This is also my billing address" at the bottom of the entry fields.
If you have already entered shipping addresses into your account you will need to click one of the "Ship To This Address" buttons located above your addresses in the "Shipping Address" box. Clicking the "Ship To This Address" button will set that address as the address to be shipped to and allow you to proceed to the Payment Page. In order to send multiple items to different addresses click the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" button in the upper right of the "Shipping Address" box.

PAYMENT
The first step to take on the payment page is to enter in your Billing Address. If you are a new customer and you do not have a default billing address you will see fields to enter in a billing address. Your billing address should be the address where your credit or check card billing statements are sent. If you have entered a billing address you will see it listed in the billing address box.
To change your billing address for an order click the "change" button below your default billing address and you will proceed to a page with all of your addresses from which you can select a billing address by clicking on one of the "Bill To This Address" buttons located above each address. Alternatively, you can enter in a new billing address and click the "Bill To This Address" button at the bottom of the address entry fields. By clicking a "Bill To This Address" button you will return to the payment page where you can enter in your payment method.
The second step on the payment page is to enter a payment method. The four methods of payment we currently accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and check cards. When you enter in your credit card information we do not in any way store this data. Rather it is instantly sent to the credit card processor for authorization. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the payment page to proceed to the Place Order page which allows you to review your order before it is placed.
PLACE YOUR ORDER
On the place order page you will be able to review your order before you finalize it. You will see a summary of the items you are buying along with the shipping address, shipping option, billing address, and payment method. Clicking the edit button next to any of these sections will allow you to edit those portions of your order. On the right side of the "Order Summary" box you will see a total for your items along with a total for shipping charges. If you are shipping your item to California you will also see sales tax calculated into your order total. Click the "Place Order" button to officially place your order and you will be taken to the Thank You/Order Confirmation page. If you have any questions about our return policy, click here.
THANK YOU
Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order and providing you with your order number. Your order number will also be displayed on the Thank You page and we encourage you to write down your order number so you can reference it when making inquiries into your order.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Once you have logged in you will be able to access Your Account. In Your Account you can view previous orders, change your personal information, manage your address book, and view your Wishlist. By clicking the "View Order" button next to each item you've ordered you will bring up an order summary for that item.
When you go into change your other personal information you can edit and add information about yourself and choose whether you'd like to display this information publicly in your profile. In the future we'll be adding new features to enter into your profile such as Your Favorites and other ways to express your interests. Through Manage Addresses you can edit or delete existing addresses in your address book, enter in a new address, or set your default shipping address and default billing address. Please check back to Your Account frequently as we will be further customizing your ability to choose your preferences and manage your account.
