OUR RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with any product you bought from LearnOutLoud.com, you can return it within 30 days after delivery and we will reimburse you for the full price of the product you ordered guaranteed.

When making a return, make sure to include the order invoice (or a copy of the invoice) that came with your order and please notify us that you are returning the item by e-mailing us at returns@learnoutloud.com. We will reimburse you via the payment method that you initially used to pay for the item. Refunds may take 1-2 weeks from the receipt of the return to post to your account.

If you return a product because you changed your mind and no longer want the item or because you made a mistake in ordering then we will refund you for the cost of the product (less shipping and sales tax) but you will be responsible for the return shipping. If we made a mistake in what was shipped to you or if the item is defective then we will refund you for the full cost of the product (including shipping and sales tax).

If you would like to exchange the product for a different title please place an order for the new titles you would like via our website. This can be done at any time. We will process the refund for the item you are returning upon its receipt.

If the product is returned to us undeliverable (wrong address or insufficent address) or delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge shipping for the products return and we may charge for shipping it back to you.

For orders of downloadable titles we do not issue refunds, unless you are having an issue with the download or you have a valid reason for needing a refund. For questions on refunding orders of downloadable titles please email us at returns@learnoutloud.com.
