Created by Sports Mind Skills™ with Drew Ginn OAM and Justine Tonner-Joyce, Rowing Mind Skills Vol 1 consists of five tracks to assist rowers face challenges, improve technique, and learn to make the most of your energy and motivation. It will help rowers utilize their capacity to visualize, imagine, sense and feel the rowing stroke and relax when needed.
Drew Ginn is a dual Olympic gold medalist and has won multiple medals at World Championships in the coxless pair, coxed four and eight. Justine Tonner-Joyce is a psychologist, rowing coach and former rowing world champion in the lightweight pair. In both cases their mental training for rowing had a big part in their success.
