It encourages you to make the decision to stop smoking once and for all and store that decision in the place in you where you are very, very certain it is what you want. You will receive powerful, long?lasting suggestions for coping calmly and confidently as a non smoker in situations you encounter in everyday life.

Track Two will give you a powerful reinforcement to use daily for at least three weeks to strengthen your resolve to remain a non-smoker. Three weeks is generally thought of as the time needed to install a new habit. Later, use the audio from time to time as extra reinforcement, particularly if you will be in a situation you formerly associated with smoking.

For maximum benefit, use at least one track daily for a minimum of three weeks, ideally listening on a personal audio device. Settle yourself comfortably (never use when driving) and enjoy absorbing the powerful, long-lasting suggestions as you listen, just daydreaming and experiencing pleasant, relaxed, peaceful feelings.
