Cardio Yoga Vol.1 begins with a warm up vinyasa to gently prepare body and mind. The class then continues with 3 further vinyasas that build in pace and intensity. The vinyasas contain postures such as Downward Facing Dog with variations, Upward Facing Dog, Plank with variations, Half Moon, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Sun Warrior and Plough. After the final vinyasa the class features a number of strong held postures and a series of deep stretch postures before it ends with a guided relaxation.
The class is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller, and was recorded in a professional sound studio. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has studied and taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.
Sue's easy-to-follow expert instruction is complemented by subtle background music and the class is accompanied by a Cardio Yoga Vol.1 PDF guide book that highlights the instruction, provides a series of reference photos for each posture and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the class
